How do classes work?
Classes run multiple times a week, both in-person and live online via Zoom, so you can pick whatever fits your schedule. Your membership gives you unlimited access — join as many classes as you like, in any language we offer.
What’s the difference between the Dubai and Jordan memberships?
Both include in-person and live Zoom classes with a real community around them — the difference is just location and pricing. Crew members get a special discounted rate through our Facecard partnership.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract or lock-in — you can cancel your membership at any time, and you’ll keep access through the end of your current paid period.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, every membership comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not for you, let us know within 14 days for a full refund.
What if I miss a class?
No problem — with multiple class times running each week, you can simply join another session. There’s no penalty for missing one.
Do I need to already speak the language?
